Make no mistake, this isn't writing-by-numbers, and it won't replace hard work, sweat and tears, but Tobias handles a massive topic with much skill and common sense. Breaking all the elements down into manageable segments.
20 Master Plots is a great place to start for those thinking about diving into the world of writing and novelists. A great primer for a complicated art.
