Celtic has offered all affiliated SHFCSC CSCs a discount on all orders placed with the Celtic Mail Order Centre following negotiations with the SHFCSC Secretary.

Here are the discounts available to affiliated CSCs:

• Celtic will deduct the 17.5% VAT from all products it is applied to.
• Celtic will give us a 10% discount. (You do not get an additional discount of 10% applying to share-holders. Only one discount of 10% applies.)
• Celtic will charge only LUK12 postage regardless of how much is ordered.
• Celtic will send catalogues free of charge to any affiliated SHFCSC.

Orders can be made via the Official web page or by telephone or fax. If made by phone, contact Janice Bain on 0044 141 550 1888.

Celtic requires payment before merchandise will be sent.

When sending via the website, mark your order to the attention of Janice Bain. A copy of your order should be emailed to the SHFCSC Secretary (see Executive Page for detals).

This will allow the Secretary to report any difficulties direct to Celtic, and monitor the scheme's success.

Here are some suggestions about how to get the best value from your order:

• Your CSC should have a merchandise delegate and order as a CSC to share the postage costs regardless of the size of the order.
• Customs may need proof that you are not importing for resale. NZ Customs has recommended that orders be made out so the delivery docket shows the names and addresses of all members who have ordered. Janice Bain knows what to do and has done this for the NZCSC. If this applies in your country, ask her to do the same as she does for NZ.
