As Dictator for World Domination Enterprises and consequently the planet, Pius Ott always had big plans. "For as long as I can remember it's been my dream to enslave the planet" so the role as dictator really came natural to him. Exhibiting a keen sense of mischief and an eye for the evil in all things Pius rose through the ranks quickly with his natural flair for backstabbing and taking credit for other peoples achievements. Pius came from humble beginnings, his family being too poor to afford several castles he was forced to be fostered by only a minimal staff of servants. At age 10 he discovered that kidnapping the private tutor's family can simplify the passage through schooling to a significant extent. A lesson that shaped his life and that was to be adapted to the business world before too long. Instigating revolutionary management techniques like the Snitch ProgramŽ to dob in fellow employees for minor transgressions so that these can be severly punished, or the institutionalisation of humilitating underlings in public Pius has also been a major influence in the way management - employee relations are viewed now. After joining World Domination Enterprises (Victorian Chapter), Pius was also responsible for transforming the company from a small chain of gardening supplies to a giant conglomerate of companies for gardening supplies as a front for World Domination.
